GABRIEL KREUTHER
Chef Gabriel Kreuther built his reputation in Michelin-starred kitchens across Europe before shaping some of New York’s most acclaimed dining rooms. He’s since earned two Michelin stars, a AAA Five Diamond Award and a place on the New York Times’ 100 Best Restaurants list. In 2026, Gabriel opened Saverne in New York City, bringing a refined, modern expression of his heritage to a new dining experience.
