OAK
Medium-strong, classic, clean, and slightly nutty. The ultimate wood for hot and slow burning, making it great for both direct grilling and long smoking sessions. Perfect for beef, pork and lamb.

HICKORY
Mild-to-medium, sweet, and nutty. Provides a rich, sweet flavor without being overwhelming. Excellent for poultry, pork, vegetables, and cheese.

FRUIT WOODS
